As we move through Steps 6 & 7, we open ourselves to releasing old patterns and humbly asking for the transformation for our defects of character and/or shortcomings.

This process is deeply connected to the third chakra — your center of personal power, self-worth, and confidence.


When this chakra is balanced, you step into recovery with:

🌟 Greater inner strength

🌟 The courage to face life honestly

🌟 A renewed sense of purpose


Remember: true transformation starts within. Through willingness and grace, we clear space for the light of recovery to shine through.


Mindfulness is important here so we can notice the transformation, notice the willingness, and notice what needs to be changed.


Today, ask yourself: Where am I ready to release old limitations and embrace my authentic power? How are you mindfully becoming who you were meant to be?
