  • Weekly readings sourced from "Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions" and "Eastern Body, Western Mind."

  • Weekly downloadable materials featuring reflective questions to guide exploration for the upcoming week

  • Weekly 2-hour interactive sessions provide a platform for insightful discussions on the answered questions. Participants are encouraged to share their personal experiences, either in a general context or within the bounds of their comfort.

Participants are required to acquire a copy of "Eastern Body, Western Mind" by Anodea Judith.

Gwen has been actively in Twelve Step recovery since 1991 and brings an understanding of the program, who her students are, and what they need to her classes.  Gwen founded Yoga4Sobriety in 2013 after her yoga and recovery journey brought the two worlds together.  A simple repetitive approach to give regular reinforcement of recovery principles and yoga practices to build on already existing treatment programs and Twelve Step living is her goal.
