Level Two Module One is where teachers and leaders deepen their personal connection to the chakra-step framework before guiding others.
Level Two Module One is an advanced studies course that deepens your personal understanding of how the Seven Chakras align with the Twelve Steps.
Through study, reflection, and discussion, you explore the chakra-step connection through your own experience, so what you share with others is grounded, clear, and meaningful.

Why Go Beyond Level One
Level One introduces the structure of Yoga4Sobriety, the connection between the Seven Chakras and the Twelve Steps.
Level Two asks something different of you.
This is where the work becomes personal.
Rather than learning the material to understand it, you begin exploring it through your own experience, reflection, and study. You start to see how each chakra-step connection lives within you, how it shows up, where it challenges you, and where it supports you.
This depth matters.
Because when you guide others, you are not simply sharing information, you are offering thoughtful, grounded insight drawn from your own understanding.
Module One, together with Module Two, prepares you to lead the educational portion of a Yoga4Sobriety class with clarity, structure, and confidence.
You are not memorizing what to say; you are developing the ability to speak to the work in a way that is clear, meaningful, and supportive for others.
What You’ll Experience Inside Module One
This module is designed to guide you through a deeper, more personal exploration of the chakra-step connection, while building your ability to speak to the work with clarity and confidence.
Inside this module, you will:

Engage in guided study using Eastern Body, Western Mind, and Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions

Reflect through written responses to deepen your understanding

Participate in live discussions to explore insight and shared experience

Strengthen how you articulate the work in a clear, grounded way

Build confidence leading the educational portion of a Yoga4Sobriety class
This is a study-based module that invites both personal exploration and thoughtful engagement with the material
The Path Forward
Level Two is designed as a two-part advanced studies experience, followed by completion of the full training pathway.
Step One
Complete Module One: Making the Chakra–Step Connection
Deepen your personal understanding through study, reflection, and discussion.
Step Two
Complete Module Two: How to Run a Group
Learn how to structure and lead the educational portion of a Yoga4Sobriety class.
Step Three
Complete Level One Core Curriculum (if not already completed)
Receive access to class plans, handouts, and Advanced Teacher Certification.
Together, these steps prepare you to lead with clarity, structure, and a grounded understanding of the work.
A Flexible Entry Point
While Level Two is part of the advanced training pathway, Module One can be taken on its own.
Many participants choose to begin here as a way to deepen their personal understanding of the chakra-step connection before moving into Level One.
Others return to complete Level One after completing Level Two Module One, bringing a richer, more embodied perspective to the foundational curriculum.
