Retreat Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please review this policy carefully before registering.

All retreat program tuition payments are final and non-refundable. Your registration reserves your place and covers expenses committed in advance.

Refunds, credits, and transfers will not be provided for cancellations, late arrivals, early departures, illness, scheduling conflicts, transportation difficulties, weather-related travel disruptions, or changes in personal circumstances.

If Yoga4Sobriety™ cancels the retreat, program tuition paid directly to Yoga4Sobriety™ will be refunded.

 

Yoga4Sobriety™ is not responsible for transportation, lodging, or other personal expenses.

​

Accommodations are booked separately through the Himalayan Institute and are subject to its own cancellation and refund policies.

​

Participants are encouraged to consider travel insurance that covers unexpected circumstances.
