Why Goddess Archetypes in Recovery?
Goddess archetypes offer a symbolic language for qualities that support recovery, nourishment, compassion, discernment, protection, and inner guidance. Calling the feminine divine forward does not mean softening strength or diminishing action.
Across traditions, feminine archetypes embody both tenderness and ferocity, the capacity to nurture life and to fiercely protect what matters. This retreat honors the feminine as an active, powerful force, inviting a form of empowerment rooted in care, courage, and balance rather than domination or self-abandonment.

How We’ll Work Together
This retreat is held in a recovery-centered container that emphasizes respect, choice, and personal agency. All practices are offered as invitations, allowing participants to engage in ways that feel supportive and appropriate for their own recovery process.
Our time together weaves embodied practice, reflection, and shared inquiry. Movement, meditation, journaling, and group discussion are used as tools for exploration rather than performance or attainment. The emphasis is on presence, integration, and lived experience.
