Start your year with intention, stability, and serenity. This half-day online retreat offers a peaceful space to reconnect with your foundation — body, mind, spirit, and recovery, through the teachings of the First Chakra and Step One.
When we root down, we remember we are supported and capable of reclaiming manageability in our lives. Through grounding, breath, and surrender, we begin to restore order from chaos, finding peace in acceptance and strength in stability.
