About the event
I was first introduced to tapping in the 1990s during sessions with my therapist. It planted a seed, but it took time to take root in my life. Years later, the transformation began when I committed to making it a regular part of my practice. Like any meaningful path, whether going to the gym, learning an instrument, or deepening a yoga practice, the magic of tapping reveals itself through steady, consistent practice. That’s where the fundamental shift happens.
