Thank you for having this group. I am trying to gain greater control over my mind, thoughts and words. So far this mindfulness has been very helpful, so I would like to practice more.

I'll start - I've rededicated myself to my mindfulness practice. I ended the year with a silent retreat and was able to find joy in my practice again 💞
