Mindfulness Practice 1 - Mindfulness Meditation
Find a place where you can sit or lie down quietly and undisturbed for a few moments. Set a timer for 1 minute to start. You can build up the minutes over time as you deepen your practice. You can play soothing music in the background if you choose.
Begin by bringing your attention to the present moment by noticing your breathing. Pay attention to how the breath enters and then leaves the body. When the mind wonders, take note, and return to noticing the breath. Repeat until the timer goes off.
This is mindfulness - returning to the breath over and over again. It might be frustrating at times or boring but keep practicing. As with anything, it gets easier over time.

I set timer to 2 minutes. After each breathe, I added a few more seconds. The 2 minutes flew & my head was in a better space..Thank you dear Goodness..♡
