An Evening with Eir

Join us for an evening inspired by Eir, the Norse goddess whose name has been associated with protection, help, and mercy.

Together, we will explore the relationship between the Fourth Chakra and Step Eight, where we are invited to move beyond extreme judgments of ourselves and others and cultivate a more balanced perspective. Through the lens of Eir, we will reflect on mercy not as weakness, but as a source of strength, clarity, and spiritual restoration.

The heart chakra is associated with the element of air, reminding us that healing often begins by creating space. Space to breathe. Space to see clearly. Space to hold truth and compassion at the same time.

During our time together, you will be guided through reflection, breathwork, gentle movement, journaling, and a guided imagery experience designed to support the softening of the heart.
