In Yoga4Sobriety classes, our goal is to bring you simple messages of recovery with a physical practice that will help you find balance in your body, mind, spirit, and recovery.  We do this with a chakra-focused Twelve Step themed yoga practice.


Yoga is a practice that can be traced back more than 5,000 years ago.  It is our intention to ignite a passion for the practice of yoga within each student.  Allow us to share what has been beneficial to us as well as millions of others. 

"Chakras are energy centers in the body that can get clogged due to physical and emotional traumas.  These blocks show up as physical issues in the body and over time can create more serious issues of disease.  Yoga helps us become aware of these blocks and gives us methods of releasing the energy blocking them so that energy can move smoothly through."
